neoTIP3: Open the NeoBook Help File in a separate window.

NeoBook's Help file contains a wealth of information ... however, it is not always effective/efficient when you deploy it from NeoBook's Help menu ... or when you click on a Help button within one of the NeoBook Dialogs ... the context-sensitive response does not lend itself to casting a wider net of exploration.

I find it is much more useful when I open the Help file in a separate window ... then use the Windows Taskbar to switch between NeoBook and the Help file.

I have a Shortcut on my Windows Desktop ... not just for the main Help file ... but also for the Help files that come with NeoBookDB and NeoBookDX plug-ins ... and everytime before I start NeoBook, I open the Help file first ... and click on the link to the Action Command Refrence ... that way, all the information I need for any command is just two clicks away ... one to switch windows and the other to invoke the link to the command.

Side benefit ... when I need to research something in response to questions on the NeoBook Forum, the Help File is just one shortcut away ... and I can copy/paste command syntax straight from the Help File to the Forum Post's Edit Window !!!
