After receiving your request, a snapshot of the Rebranded pages will be emailed to you (at the same address you used to request this service above).

After you advise us of your acceptance of the rebranded changes, we will bill you (at the same email address) via PayPal.

Upon receipt of confirmation of receipt of payment from PayPal, a copy of the rebranded program will be emailed to you (also at the address used above). You may ONLY redistribute the number of copies of this program for which you purchased a license.
